Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. Commercial use requires explicit permission.

Atmo Records is responsible for the content, including music, artwork, and digital files. Payhip is a service provider; Atmo Records is not responsible for technical issues caused by Payhip.

3. Delivery & Refunds

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via Payhip. Refunds are only issued if defective files are provided.

Atmo Records is registered as a non-trader. Therefore, consumer rights under EU consumer protection laws do not apply to contracts between you (the buyer) and Atmo Records.
