Atmo Records specializes exclusively in psychedelic electronic music. Deep Dark Psy DnB, Psybass, Psychill, Psybient, and Glitched Psybreaks are built upon atmosphere, movement, depth, contrast, and psychoactive sonic detail.

For this reason, Atmo Records rejects the loudness war.

Our releases are mastered to a consistent internal standard of approximately -7.5 LUFS Integrated and -0.5 dBTP True Peak across all imprints and releases. These values were not chosen to follow trends, algorithms, streaming platforms, or industry fashions. They were chosen because they allow psychedelic music to retain the qualities that make it worth listening to in the first place.

Space To Breathe

Psychedelic music requires space to breathe. It relies on dynamic contrast, transient definition, atmospheric depth, and countless subtle interactions between frequencies, textures, and sonic layers. Excessive limiting may increase loudness measurements, but often reduces immersion, detail, and long-term listening quality. A louder master is not automatically a stronger master.

At Atmo Records, quality takes priority over loudness. Our objective is to create masters that remain powerful, energetic, immersive, and emotionally effective while preserving the depth, clarity, and psychoacoustic complexity that define psychedelic electronic music.

Loudness matters. Music matters more.
